About the Role / Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities within a regulated NBFC environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, NBFC operations, and regulatory compliance requirements. Preference is only for kerala based candidate and from thrissur.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  2. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
  3. Perform account reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  5. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews
  6. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records
  7. Coordinate with various departments for financial reporting and controls
  8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  9. Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Must-Have Skills
  2. Domain Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an NBFC, strong accounting and financial reporting experience, audit coordination and compliance exposure, reconciliation and ledger management
  3. Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter
  4. Technical Skills: Tally / ERP Systems, MS Excel (Advanced), Financial Reporting, MIS Preparation
  5. Professional Skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, team coordination, regulatory awareness
  6. Good-to-Have Skills
  7. Experience in lending or financial services operations
  8. RBI compliance exposure
  9. Budgeting and forecasting
  10. Internal control frameworks
  11. Taxation knowledge
  12. Financial analysis and business reporting
  13. Malayalam language proficiency

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 3 years of NBFC experience is mandatory
  2. CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter qualified candidates preferred
  3. Candidates currently residing in Thrissur or nearby locations will be given preference
  4. Strong understanding of accounting processes within a regulated financial environment
  5. Ability to work independently and interact with auditors, management, and operational teams

Benefits

  1. Competitive salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
