Job Description – AI Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have knowledge of traditional recruitment methods, AI-powered recruitment tools, and candidate sourcing techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Use AI for JD creation, resume screening assistance, candidate communication, and interview question preparation.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and notice periods.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of AI-assisted sourcing and resume screening.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate degree.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
