The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Android applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality mobile solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of Android fundamentals, performance optimization, and real-world application development. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java Convert UI UX designs into responsive, high-quality Android interfaces Integrate applications with REST APIs, local storage, and background services Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and stability Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and QA teams Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance Must-Have Skills & Experience 4-5 years of hands-on Android application development using Java Strong knowledge of Android SDK, activity fragment lifecycle, and UI layouts Experience working with REST APIs and SQLite Room database Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills Good communication skills; Malayalam speaking candidates preferred Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with the team Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack components Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Analytics, Push Notifications, etc.) Familiarity with MVVM MVI architectural patterns Why Join Us Work on real-world Android applications with direct business impact Collaborative, hands-on development environment Stable onsite role with long-term growth opportunities
