Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced TPRM Solution Architect / Implementation Specialist to design and deliver enterprise-grade Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.

The role involves end-to-end architecture, implementation, and governance of TPRM platforms, including vendor lifecycle management, risk scoring, integrations, and workflow automation.

TPRM is a critical practice that enables organizations to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

1. Architect end-to-end TPRM solutions covering:
2. Vendor onboarding, due diligence, continuous monitoring, and remediation
3. Design:
4. Risk scoring models (inherent/residual risk)
5. Risk heatmaps and automated risk rating logic
6. Define scalable:
7. Data models, workflows, and integration patterns
8. Lead architecture reviews and enforce design standards aligned with enterprise risk strategies

2. TPRM Implementation & Workflow Engineering

1. Build and configure:
2. Vendor lifecycle workflows (intake, segmentation, tiering, approvals, periodic reviews)
3. Develop:
4. Dynamic assessments with conditional logic and branching
5. Automated workflows for assessments, notifications, and follow-ups
6. Implement:
7. Risk registers, control libraries, and regulatory mappings

3. Risk Modeling & Analytics

1. Design and implement:
2. Risk scoring methodologies and control effectiveness models
3. KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and scorecards
4. Analyze vendor risk data to:
5. Identify patterns, correlations, and high-risk indicators
6. Enable automated escalations and risk-based workflows

4. Integrations & Data Strategy

1. Design integrations using:
2. REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom connectors
3. Integrate with:
4. External risk providers (BitSight, SecurityScorecard, RiskRecon, Dun & Bradstreet)
5. Procurement systems (SAP/Ariba, Coupa), CLM, CMDB, and security tools
6. Ensure:
7. Data consistency, validation, and enterprise-wide risk visibility

5. Automation & Control Testing

1. Implement:
2. Automated issue creation and remediation workflows
3. Risk exceptions and acceptance processes with audit trails
4. Develop:
5. Control testing workflows and evidence collection portals
6. Enable continuous monitoring and vendor performance tracking

6. Platform Governance & Delivery

1. Lead:
2. Technical design documentation (HLD/LLD)
3. Requirement analysis and solution mapping
4. Support:
5. UAT, performance testing, and deployment
6. Ensure:
7. Platform governance, data integrity, and security standards
8. Provide:
9. Technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams

Skills and Attributes for Success

Technical Skills

1. Strong expertise in TPRM, vendor risk management, and due diligence processes
2. Hands-on experience with:
3. ServiceNow IRM, Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust, LogicGate, or similar platforms
4. Deep understanding of:
5. Risk models (inherent/residual risk, control effectiveness, tiering)
6. Strong experience in:
7. Workflow automation, assessments, and risk lifecycle design
8. Proficiency in:
9. API integrations (REST/SOAP), OAuth, webhooks
10. Strong knowledge of:
11. Data modeling, business rules, UI policies, workflow engines

Functional & Domain Knowledge

2. ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA frameworks

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
3. ServiceNow IRM / TPRM Implementation Specialist
4. ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
5. Certifications in risk/compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
