Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to drive successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile/Scrum expertise with Salesforce platform knowledge, ensuring high-quality project execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

1. Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce delivery teams
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
3. Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
4. Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery
5. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile frameworks

Project Management & Delivery

1. Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
2. Track and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
3. Align Agile execution with enterprise governance frameworks
4. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions

Salesforce Delivery Support

1. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and define roadmap
2. Support Salesforce implementations across:
3. Sales Cloud
4. Service Cloud
5. Experience Cloud
6. Coordinate releases, deployments, and post-release stabilization

Stakeholder Management

1. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
2. Facilitate requirement discussions, demos, and feedback sessions
3. Provide executive-level reporting and communication

Governance, Quality & Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to delivery standards, security policies, and governance models
2. Support release governance, documentation, and audit processes
3. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

Must Have Skills

1. 5+ years as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
2. Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
3. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
4. Experience in Agile ceremonies and backlog management
5. Experience with distributed/onshore-offshore teams
6. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have Skills

1. Salesforce integrations experience
2. Experience working with System Integrators
3. Exposure to enterprise governance & release frameworks
4. Knowledge of change management processes
5. Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform / Agile)
6. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
