About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee business operations across multiple branches in the Thrissur region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in branch business management, sales leadership, and team development within the Banking, NBFC, Cooperative, or Financial Services sector.

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, mentoring branch teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned branches.

Candidates who are currently based in Thrissur or are willing to work from Thrissur on a long-term basis are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support business operations across multiple branches. • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of approximately 12 branch employees. • Drive business growth for Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans, Insurance, and other financial products. • Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of business targets. • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. • Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. • Coordinate with branch teams to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. • Prepare business reports and present performance updates to management.

Must-Have Skills

• Team Management & Branch Operations • Business Development in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience handling Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans, or Insurance Products • Leadership, Target Achievement & Customer Relationship Management

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Cooperative Society, or Financial Services. • Experience managing multiple branches or leading branch teams. • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. • Proven ability to achieve business and revenue targets. • Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory). • Candidates based in Thrissur or willing to work from Thrissur will be preferred.
