ASP.NET Developer

We are looking for a self-driven and accountable ASP.NET Developer who can work independently on assigned modules while collaborating effectively with the team. The role requires a strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC / .NET Core. • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules or features, from requirement understanding through development and deployment. • Work independently on tasks, while ensuring regular alignment and collaboration with the development team. • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery. • Work with MS SQL Server or other relational databases for data handling, optimization, and reporting. • Understand ERP workflows and translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and actively participate in code reviews. • Manage multiple tasks, meet committed timelines, and proactively communicate risks or dependencies. • Collaborate with QA, product, and support teams to ensure smooth releases and issue resolution. • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) responsibly to improve efficiency and code quality.Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET (MVC / ASP.NET Core) and C# • Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) • Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, including: Stored Procedures, LINQ, Query optimization and performance tuning • Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery • Experience using Git for version control • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with the team • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for quality and delivery timelines • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and ongoing projectsPreferred / Added Advantage
