Assistant Branch Manager (Multiple Location Openings)

About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking Dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Branch Managers to support branch operations across our branches in Thrissur, Ernakulam, and Palakkad district. Lakshit Agro Multi State Co-operative Society Limited is a rapidly growing multi-state cooperative organization offering customer-centric financial and allied services through its expanding branch network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
2. Assist in achieving branch business and revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Support branch staff in achieving performance goals.
5. Promote financial products including deposits, loans, and other services.
6. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
8. Maintain branch records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
9. Coordinate with branch management to improve business performance.
10. Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Graduate/PG in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Cooperative Society, Gold Loan, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
3. Experience in branch operations and customer handling is mandatory.
4. Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to work at any of the listed branch locations.
