Associate III - Data Management

What You’ll Do

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver high‑quality data services, resolving escalations and ensuring SLA adherence
2. Serve as key liaison with global teams and external partners, managing seamless handovers and query resolution
3. Monitor and manage data inboxes, responding to requests via case‑management tools
4. Oversee daily operations such as data feeds, pricing input, exception reporting and manual interventions
5. Recalculate Private Equity valuations post‑corporate events
6. Support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and conduct UAT / testing efforts
7. Coordinate client valuation data workflows and manage vendor issue resolution
8. Maintain and validate regulatory and pricing/valuation data, including establishing Fair Value Levels (e.g. IFRS)
9. Share domain expertise and perform data setup, onboarding, and quality assurance

Your Profile — Required Skills & Experience

1. Prior, substantial experience managing instrument, pricing, index, or related data in an asset management environment
2. Deep understanding of data quality implications and how errors propagate downstream
3. Strong familiarity with OTC derivatives and their valuation frameworks
4. Experience in corporate action pricing and event processing
5. Sound knowledge of investment products, portfolio accounting, and valuation reporting
6. Hands‑on experience with systems such as Aladdin, S&P (Markit) EDM, T24
7. Practical exposure to data vendors – e.g. Refinitiv Eikon & Datascope, Bloomberg, ICE
8. Xceptor Practitioner certified, with real-world configuration exposure in a live environment
9. Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas, macros, VBA, Power Query)
10. Proficiency in SQL or similar data manipulation/query languages
11. Experience working on data‑centric transformation projects
