We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Lead who can drive automation excellence, mentor testing teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Framework Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Implement automation best practices to improve test efficiency, reliability, and coverage.

Review automation code and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Cloud & DevOps Integration

Utilize AWS services to provision, manage, and monitor test environments.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and testing workflows.

Support cloud-based testing initiatives and environment management.

Quality Assurance & Defect Management

Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

Perform root-cause analysis and work closely with development teams to prevent recurring issues.

Ensure quality metrics are met across releases.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor automation engineers within the cluster.

Coordinate with developers, product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, reviews, and retrospectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with AWS Cloud Services.

Experience in both Automation Testing and Manual Testing.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Expertise in Defect Management and Test Lifecycle Management.

Experience in creating and maintaining robust automation frameworks.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

AWS Skills

Hands-on experience with:

AWS EC2

AWS S3

AWS Lambda

AWS CloudWatch

AWS ALB (Application Load Balancer)

CI/CD & DevOps

Experience with:

Jenkins

GitLab CI/CD

AWS CodePipeline

Git-based version control systems

API & Integration Testing

REST API Testing

Postman

RestAssured

Service validation and integration testing

Preferred Skills

Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to performance and security testing concepts.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Leadership or team mentoring experience.
