About the Role

Luxury hotel bars are no longer just a place to drink — they are destinations. We are seeking creative, commercially minded Bar Managers who can build and manage world-class bar programs at India's finest luxury properties. You will be responsible for crafting signature cocktail menus, curating premium spirit and wine lists, managing bar P&L, and leading a team that delivers bar experiences worthy of international recognition.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute seasonal cocktail menus and bar programs that reflect the property's identity and guest profile
  2. Manage the full bar operation — staffing, training, scheduling, and service standards
  3. Curate the spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage list with commercial and quality considerations
  4. Control beverage cost, pour cost, and inventory with tight accountability
  5. Drive bar revenue through upselling, brand collaborations, bar takeovers, and events
  6. Train bar team on mixology techniques, spirit knowledge, and luxury service standards
  7. Build relationships with premium beverage brands for activations and partnerships
  8. Ensure compliance with excise regulations and responsible alcohol service norms

✅ Must Have

  1. 8–12 years of bar experience with at least 2–3 years as Bar Manager at a 5-star or premium standalone bar/hotel
  2. Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, classic and contemporary mixology
  3. Demonstrated ability to create original cocktail menus with seasonal and local ingredient integration
  4. Strong beverage cost management experience
