About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Branch Heads to lead our branch operations across Thrissur, Ernakulam, and Palakkad districts.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in branch operations, customer relationship management, business development, and team handling. The role requires a proactive professional capable of driving branch growth while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.
Candidates from Thrissur, Ernakulam, and Palakkad districts will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently. • Achieve branch business and revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. • Handle customer queries, service requests, and issue resolution. • Promote financial products and support business development initiatives. • Maintain branch records, reports, and operational documentation. Must-Have Skills
• Branch Operations & Team Management • Customer Relationship Management Good-to-Have Skills
• Banking, NBFC, Cooperative Society, or Financial Services Experience • Sales & Business Development Preferred Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in branch operations, customer relationship management, or branch administration. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Ability to achieve business targets and manage branch performance. • Fluent in Malayalam (speaking is mandatory). • Candidates from Thrissur, Ernakulam, or Palakkad districts are preferred. • Willingness to work at any of the listed branch locations.
