About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan branch operations in Banavara, Bellur, Hassan, Karnataka. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the gold loan industry, capable of driving business growth, managing operations, and leading a team to success.

Position Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, focusing on business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of the gold loan business, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Banavara, Bellur, Hassan, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor branch performance, productivity, and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate branch records, documentation, and operational controls.
• Business Development:
  • Drive Gold Loan business and achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Promote the organization's financial products and services.
  • Conduct local marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve concerns.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff.
  • Monitor team performance and support business target achievement.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure proper appraisal and documentation of pledged gold.
  • Maintain operational compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Support branch audits and implement corrective actions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 4–5 years of mandatory experience in the Gold Loan industry.
• Proven experience managing or assisting branch operations in a Gold Loan company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong business development mindset.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in the Kannada language.
• Candidates from Karnataka or those willing to relocate for a long-term opportunity are preferred.
