About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of our Pollachi Branch.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in independently managing or assisting branch operations within a Bank, NBFC, Gold Loan, Hire Purchase, Chit Fund, or Financial Services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring smooth branch operations, leading the branch team, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch.
2. Ensure smooth branch functioning and compliance with company policies.
3. Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
4. Maintain branch records, reports, and operational documentation.

Business Development

1. Drive branch business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base.
2. Promote the company's lending and investment products.
3. Achieve branch business targets and profitability goals.
4. Develop local marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
2. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership

1. Lead, motivate, and support branch staff.
2. Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
3. Ensure employees adhere to operational guidelines and service standards.
4. Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.

Compliance & Administration

1. Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
2. Monitor branch documentation and operational controls.
3. Coordinate with Head Office and regional teams for reporting and operational support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or assisting branch operations in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Hire Purchase, Chit Fund, or Financial Services.
3. Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and branch operations software).
7. Candidates residing in Pollachi or nearby locations will be preferred.
8. Tamil speaking is mandatory.
