About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan branch operations in Edappally (Kochi) and Thodupuzha.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Gold Loan industry, with proven expertise in branch operations, customer relationship management, business development, and Team leadership. This role is best suited for professionals who can drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch efficiently.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
3. Monitor branch performance, productivity, and service quality.
4. Maintain branch records, documentation, and operational controls.

Business Development

1. Drive Gold Loan business and achieve assigned business targets.
2. Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing clients.
3. Promote the organization's financial products and services.
4. Conduct local marketing and customer engagement activities.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
2. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff.
2. Monitor team performance and support business target achievement.
3. Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.

Compliance & Risk Management

1. Ensure proper appraisal and documentation of pledged gold.
2. Maintain operational compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
3. Support branch audits and implement corrective actions where required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. 4–5 years of experience in the Gold Loan industry is mandatory.
3. Experience managing or assisting branch operations in a Gold Loan company.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
5. Target-driven with a strong business development mindset.
6. Good computer proficiency.
7. Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
8. Candidates from Kerala or those willing to relocate for a long-term opportunity are preferred.
