About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing FinTech team. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on expanding our market presence across Kerala, India. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter passionate about driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and promoting innovative financial solutions within the local market. With one year of experience, you will play a pivotal role in executing our regional sales strategy and achieving our expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand our footprint across the Kerala region.
• Execute targeted marketing strategies to promote our suite of FinTech products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on local financial trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and client meetings across various locations in Kerala.
