Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
• Research prospective clients, organizations, and strategic partners.
• Initiate conversations and develop professional business relationships.
• Generate and qualify business leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients and partners.
• Understand business requirements and propose relevant solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and close opportunities.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
• Track business development activities, conversions, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and business growth.
• Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry activities.
• Prepare regular reports on business development progress and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong Malayalam and English communication skills.
• Confident and proactive personality.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is an advantage.
