About the Role

A great Chief Concierge doesn't just answer requests — they create moments that guests will remember for the rest of their lives. We are looking for well-connected, resourceful, and deeply knowledgeable concierge leaders who can turn the impossible into the inevitable. The best concierges in India build genuine relationships with guests that outlast any single stay — and that is exactly what the properties we work with are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and inspire the concierge team to deliver exceptional destination knowledge and bespoke guest experiences
  2. Handle complex, high-value guest requests — private jet arrangements, bespoke itineraries, last-minute tickets, exclusive dining reservations, and curated experiences
  3. Build and maintain a comprehensive network of local and national contacts — restaurants, airlines, event organizers, luxury retailers, art galleries, and cultural institutions
  4. Manage VVIP and returning guest relationships with personalized attention
  5. Train concierge team on destination knowledge, service etiquette, and problem-solving
  6. Represent the hotel in the Les Clefs d'Or India chapter and relevant industry bodies
  7. Coordinate with Rooms Division, F&B, and Sales to enhance guest experience at every touchpoint
  8. Monitor guest feedback and continuously raise the bar on experience delivery
