About the Role

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant specializing in Transportation Management (TM/TMS) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM). This role is crucial for supporting a major S/4HANA transformation program.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane or Melbourne. You will be instrumental in supporting a major S/4HANA transformation program for a leading global FMCG organization, focusing on Transportation Management (TM/TMS) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a focus on Transportation Management (TM/TMS) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM).
  • Provide hands-on functional expertise across warehouse, transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and support the design of future-state S/4HANA processes.
  • Ensure effective integration between SAP TM/EWM and other S/4HANA modules/systems.
  • Translate FMCG supply chain requirements into practical SAP solutions and support process improvements and standardization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and business users throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP TM/TMS and/or WMS/EWM.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a transformation environment.
