Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end documentation lifecycle
Create product, API, system, and user documentation
Translate complex technical concepts into clear content
Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and compliance teams
Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and audit requirements
Maintain documentation standards, templates, and best practices
Support client onboarding, audits, and releases
Mentor junior writers

Required Skills

12+ years in technical writing (Banking/FinTech domain)
Experience in API and enterprise product documentation
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Expertise in tools like Confluence, MadCap, RoboHelp, Swagger
Knowledge of banking workflows (payments, KYC, lending, etc.)
Excellent written communication (US/UK standards)

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of microservices and SaaS platforms
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD
Experience in regulatory audits and compliance documentation
