About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relation Executives to join our Pollachi Branch.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who enjoy interacting with customers, building long-term relationships, and supporting branch operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while assisting the branch in achieving its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional service.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Assist customers with enquiries regarding the company's financial products and services.
4. Support daily branch operations and customer engagement activities.
5. Follow up with customers for documentation, renewals, and service requests.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and branch documentation.
7. Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
8. Support branch business development initiatives and customer retention activities.

Must-Have Skills

1. Customer Service & Relationship Management
2. Tamil Communication (Speaking & Reading)

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office & Data Entry)
2. Sales or Customer Handling Experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Any Degree or Diploma.
2. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
