About the Role / Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-friendly Customer Relation Executives to join our branches in Chelakkara, Chegamanad, Kizhakkumpattukara, and Pattikkad (Trissur). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and supporting branch business activities.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Support branch business activities and contribute to the growth of the organization
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
Requirements / Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Reside in or be willing to work in mentioned district
- Mandatory Malayalam speaking ability
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (speaking and reading)
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/data entry)
- Sales or customer handling experience (internship/fresher experience is acceptable)
