Customer Relation Executive (Multiple Location Openings)

About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relation Executives to support our branch operations across Thrissur, Ernakulam, and Palakkad district. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and supporting branch business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Assist customers with enquiries related to financial products and branch services.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Support branch business development activities by promoting company products and services.
5. Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.
6. Maintain customer records and update information in the branch system.
7. Assist the branch team with documentation and daily operational activities.
8. Conduct customer follow-ups and support customer retention initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
10. Support branch staff in achieving customer satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Sales, or Financial Services.
3. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
4. Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Data Entry).
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Willingness to work at any of the listed branch locations.
