📌 Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls from customers

• Help customers with queries related to software, basic accounting, and GST 

• Provide clear solutions & stay helpful on calls

🎯 Requirements / Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or up to 3 years experience

• Basic computer, accounting & GST knowledge 

• Good communication skills & comfortable talking to customers
