Data Engineering Snowflake Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Snowflake Developer with

a strong background in data warehousing and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, capable of designing and

optimizing scalable data pipelines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,

cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and
2. maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
3. Implement and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data
4. processing.
5. Collaborate with data
6. architects and analysts to define data models and warehouse structures.
7. Ensure data quality,
8. integrity, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
9. Integrate Snowflake with
10. various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
11. Monitor performance and
12. troubleshoot issues in Snowflake environments.
13. Document technical
14. specifications and maintain best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 9+ years of experience in
2. data engineering or data warehousing.
3. Strong expertise in Snowflake, including performance tuning and
4. advanced features.
5. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation,
6. transformation, and analysis.
7. Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and
8. dimensional modeling.
9. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
10. Familiarity with tools
11. like dbt, Airflow, Informatica, or Talend is
12. a plus.
13. Excellent
14. problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Snowflake
2. certification(s).
3. Experience with CI/CD
4. pipelines and DevOps practices.
5. Knowledge of Python or
6. other scripting languages for data engineering tasks.
