Salesforce Developer Experience Range Total Experience: 3 to 5yrs Relevant Salesforce Experience: 3+ Years Hiring Location: Bangalore, Pune, Trivandrum, Kochi, , Chennai, Noida, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Gurugram, Responsibilities Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce. com platform. Participate in developing and executing testing, training, and documentation. Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning) . Be hands-on in producing deliverables such as requirement specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans. Proactively contribute to continuous improvement in application design, support, and practice development. Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" guidance. Perform regular reviews of implementation work done by less-experienced developers and offer constructive feedback. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and assign tasks effectively within the team. Independently set up a development environment and guide junior team members. Communicate directly with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation phases. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce platforms. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Strong experience in CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. Expertise in Force. com development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL, Unit Testing. Knowledge of complex business system integrations and object-oriented design patterns. Strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools. Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) . Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and other core web technologies. Exposure to pre-sales activities such as solutioning, estimation, and project planning. Ability to produce comprehensive documentation and status reports. Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
