Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will handle product listings, online orders, and customer support for the company's Shopify website and online marketplaces. The role focuses on accuracy, timely order processing, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Listing

• Upload and update products on the Shopify website and marketplaces. • Ensure correct product details such as name, price, images, SKU, and stock. • Update new products and offers on time. • Check and correct listing errors regularly.2. Order Management

• Process daily online orders using the Order Management System (OMS). • Track order status from confirmation to delivery. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch. • Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges. • Prepare basic order and stock reports when required.3. Customer Support

• Answer customer queries through phone, email, chat, or marketplace panels. • Resolve order and product-related issues politely and professionally. • Share correct information about products, orders, and company policies. • Maintain good customer satisfaction and ratings.4. Reconciliation of Accounts5. Report Preparing
