We’re Hiring: On-site ERP Program Coordinator – Manufacturing Transformation

We are looking for a hands-on ERP Program Coordinator to support an ERP-led business transformation initiative at a manufacturing facility in Kochi. This is an on-site consulting role ideal for professionals who excel in coordination, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment.

Role Overview

You will act as the on-ground execution anchor, coordinating between consulting leadership, ERP implementation partners, and plant stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution and successful ERP adoption.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate ERP implementation activities and track milestones, risks, and dependencies

✔ Ensure alignment between ERP design and plant-floor processes

✔ Drive master data readiness (materials, BOMs, vendors, pricing, etc.)

✔ Support UAT execution, defect tracking, and resolution

✔ Ensure ERP workflows align with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Finance needs

✔ Support go-live readiness, hypercare coordination, and post-go-live stabilization

Ideal Candidate

3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation coordination OR manufacturing/pharma operations

Strong stakeholder coordination & program tracking skills

Experience in data readiness, UAT support, and process alignment

Background in manufacturing, pharma, or process industries preferred

Kerala candidates with Malayalam language is mandatory

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Pharmacy, IT, or Industrial Operations.
