Job Description – Executive Manager
Aerlis Gro IMF Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive Manager to join its Financial Department in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will lead and manage a team of Business Executives, assign client projects, monitor team performance, promote financial services, maintain client relationships, and achieve business targets. The role also includes training and guiding team members, preparing daily and weekly performance reports, coordinating team activities, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Candidates with any UG or PG degree and 0–2 years of experience are eligible to apply. Freshers with strong communication skills in Tamil and English are also welcome. Applicants should possess basic computer knowledge, leadership skills, teamwork abilities, time-management skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
The salary is ₹32,500 per month. Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), casual leave, and career growth opportunities. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday as the weekly day off.
