Job Title: Export Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Coordinator to manage our international shipping operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our facilities to global destinations, maintaining compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any transit delays or documentation discrepancies.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and local export regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipping costs.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in export documentation (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and DGFT regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Tally)
  • Knowledge of Incoterms 2020
  • Prior experience in handling hazardous goods or specialized cargo
  • Fluency in additional regional or international languages
