Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with hands-on experience in mobile application development. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications supporting the organization’s digital initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Debug issues and provide timely resolutions.

Follow coding best practices and participate in code reviews.

Support deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills

2–4 years of mobile application development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter framework.

Experience integrating REST APIs.

Knowledge of state management tools (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).

Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

Understanding of MVC / MVVM architecture.

Basic knowledge of mobile application security best practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience in FinTech / BFSI domain.

Exposure to Firebase services.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / BE / MCA / or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.

Contract Details

Duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on performance)

Payroll: Third-party payroll / contract staffing model
