Job Description – Generative AI Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Generative AI Trainer to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented training in Generative AI and related technologies. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical, hands-on sessions and helping learners develop job-ready skills through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Generative AI and related technologies.
• Deliver practical, hands-on sessions with real-world use cases and projects.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project content.
• Explain complex AI concepts in a clear and learner-friendly manner.
• Guide students through practical implementation, projects, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, and practical activities.
• Track learner progress and provide regular feedback.
• Keep training content updated based on current industry trends and emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the Training and Academic teams to improve course delivery and learner outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards, punctuality, attendance, and training schedules.
• Support learners with doubts and provide guidance during project development.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of several of the following areas:

• Generative AI fundamentals
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• OpenAI / Gemini / Claude or similar AI platforms
• Python for AI/ML applications
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases
• AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Fine-tuning and model evaluation
• APIs and AI application development
• Git/GitHub
• Cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in Generative AI / AI / Machine Learning.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, teaching, or technical knowledge-sharing is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to learners with different levels of knowledge.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile

• Industry experience in Generative AI or AI application development.
• Experience handling classroom training or corporate training programs.
• Strong portfolio of AI projects.
• Experience working with real-world Gen AI use cases.
• Relevant certifications or published technical work will be an added advantage.
