About the Role

Data and Business Analytics Graduate Trainees are among the highest-ROI hires companies make right now. This programme trains you to work with real business data, build dashboards that drive decisions, and eventually own analysis that influences product and strategy. You will learn the craft of data storytelling — turning numbers into insights and insights into action.

Programme Structure (Typical)

  1. Month 1–2: Data bootcamp — SQL, Python for analytics, BI tools, and business domain orientation
  2. Month 3–5: First project rotation — working on live dashboards, reporting automation, or A/B test analysis
  3. Month 6–9: Deeper engagement — owning a business problem from data to recommendation
  4. Month 10–12: Independent project, presentation to leadership, and confirmation as Junior Data/Business Analyst

✅ Must Have

  1. B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc — CS, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field — 2024 or 2025 pass-out
  2. Solid working knowledge of SQL — able to write multi-table queries, aggregations, and subqueries confidently
  3. Basic Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  4. Understanding of data visualization — Excel charts, Power BI, Tableau, or Python (Matplotlib/Seaborn)
  5. Strong analytical and logical thinking — ability to frame a business problem as a data question
  6. Good communication skills — ability to present findings clearly

⭐ Nice to Have

  1. Completed projects on Kaggle, GitHub, or college involving real datasets and insight generation
  2. Familiarity with cloud data tools — BigQuery, AWS Athena, Snowflake basics
  3. Any exposure to A/B testing, cohort analysis, or funnel analysis concepts
  4. Dashboard or report building experience — even in Google Data Studio or Excel
  5. Domain knowledge — fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, or any industry vertical
  6. Statistics fundamentals — hypothesis testing, regression, probability
