HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role is central to developing and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring best-in-industry HR practices.

Location Edappal, Malappuram, Kerala

Work Mode Work from office only

Preferred Applicant Location Applicants in and around Malappuram, Kozhikode, Palakkad, and Thrissur are preferred, who could commute daily.

Position Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the HR department and across the organization. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, either as an Assistant or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions.
• Ensure SOPs align with legal requirements, industry best practices, and company policies.
• Manage the SOP lifecycle, including review, approval, distribution, and revision processes.
• Train employees and management on SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of all SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Assistant or Manager level).
• Proven experience in SOP creation and management.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a Malayalam speaking candidate and a Keralite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Education environment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
