About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education or healthcare, with a proven track record of delivering HR-related activities, including recruitment and training.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage all HR-related activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  3. Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  5. Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in education or healthcare
  2. MBA in Human Resources or related field
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Skills
