About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Credit Officer to join our team at Yogakshemam Loans ltd. As a Junior Credit Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Strong focus on business development to create new Gold Loan customers
  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
  3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Bachelors Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gold Loan, preferably in banking, NBFC, or finance
  3. Gross Salary: 17K to 22K per month
