Junior Software Engineer (Fresher) — Full Stack / Backend / Frontend

What You Will Do

1. Build, test, and ship production-grade features as part of an Agile engineering team
2. Write clean, maintainable code — your work will be reviewed by experienced engineers who will help you grow
3. Participate actively in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies
4. Debug issues across the stack — front end, back end, and database layers
5. Gradually take ownership of features and smaller product areas
6. Learn to work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools as used in production
7. Contribute to improving code quality, test coverage, and technical documentation

✅ Must Have

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech — CS, IT, ECE, or related — 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out
2. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, Go) or frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue)
3. Understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL + NoSQL), and Git
4. Ability to write and understand basic algorithms and data structures
5. Any prior internship or personal project demonstrating real coding experience

1. Internship in a product company — especially if you have a PPO you turned down or are comparing offers
2. Deployed projects — live apps, APIs, or tools with actual users
3. Open source contributions
4. Knowledge of Docker, cloud basics (AWS/GCP), or Kubernetes fundamentals
