Kinaxis Architect Location: Pan-India (Remote Hybrid) Experience: 10+ years overall, with 5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in supply chain planning, strong hands-on Kinaxis configuration skills, and the ability to architect scalable, integrated solutions across global enterprise environments. This role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ownership of solution architecture, and leadership in driving best practices, governance, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture, design, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations Translate complex supply chain business requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions Configure and customize RapidResponse workbooks, dashboards, and analytical models Design and implement integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and other enterprise platforms using APIs connectors Perform data modelling, performance tuning, and scenario planning Drive S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and functional consultants across global programs Establish and enforce best practices, governance standards, and change management processes Mentor teams on Kinaxis configuration standards, architecture patterns, and implementation methodologies Support large-scale transformations and multi-phase rollout programs Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse Strong expertise in Kinaxis modules including: Supply Planning Demand Planning S&OP Inventory Optimization Hands-on experience with: Data integrations (ETL, REST APIs, SAP CPI, middleware) Custom workbook and dashboard development Advanced planning, scenario simulation, and what-if analysis Solid understanding of supply chain processes and ERP data models (SAP Oracle JDE) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Kinaxis certification preferred (Author Administrator Architect level) Preferred Good-to-Have Experience Experience in multi-country or global Kinaxis implementations Domain exposure in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or FMCG Familiarity with AI ML-driven forecasting or optimization solutions Why Join Us Work with global enterprise clients on large-scale digital supply chain transformations Opportunity to architect complex, data-driven planning systems High-impact role with strong ownership and visibility Competitive compensation and fast-track career growth
