Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Deployment Support

1. • Support deployments across UAT, DR, and Production environments
2. • Assist application deployment and release activities
3. • Monitor server health and environment readiness
4. • Support deployment validation and operational activities
5. • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams Application & Production Support
6. • Support enterprise Banking applications built on: Frontend Technology
7. • React.js

Backend Database

1. • Oracle Database Server
2. • Validate deployment readiness
3. • Support API integration validation
4. • Assist production rollout activities
5. • Support CBS, DMS, VPN, SFTP, and gateway integrations

Monitoring & Operations Monitor and support:

1. • CPU utilization
2. • Memory usage
3. • Disk performance
4. • Network health
5. • Server logs
6. • Incident tracking
7. • ITSM workflows

Security & Compliance

1. • Follow BFSI security standards
2. • Support OS patch validation
3. • Assist compliance validation activities
4. • Support audit and vulnerability remediation tracking

Documentation & Coordination

3. • Collaborate with technical and client teams
