Lead Engineer – Information Security

Location: Trivandrum, Cochin, Bangalore & Chennai

Experience:3 to 8 Years experience


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Offensive Security Engineer with hands-on experience in offensive security and red/purple team engagements. The ideal candidate will lead and execute advanced penetration tests across web, mobile, and network environments, identify vulnerabilities, simulate real-world attack scenarios, and collaborate with defensive teams to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
  3. Strong knowledge of web application, mobile (Android/iOS) application, Thickclient application and network penetration testing.
  4. Familiarity with frameworks such as OWASP, PTES, NIST 800-115, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  5. Experience with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Frida, MobSF, etc.
  6. Solid understanding of network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and exploit techniques.
  7. Experience in threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
  8. Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  9. Ability to lead engagements, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality reports.
  10. Certifications are added advantage
