About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building scalable data solutions, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL to extract insights from large and complex datasets
2. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems
3. Build and optimize models for regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
4. Develop and implement Generative AI solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.)
5. Work with big data technologies (Apache Spark) for distributed data processing
6. Utilize libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation and modeling
7. Build and deploy deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
9. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness of data pipelines and models

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong expertise in Python and SQL
2. Hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML) and AI/ML (AIML)
3. Proven experience in Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering)
4. Strong foundation in data analysis and statistical modeling
5. Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
6. Expertise in Apache Spark / Big Data technologies
7. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch

Good to Have

1. Experience with R programming
2. Exposure to MLOps / model deployment pipelines
3. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
4. Experience in building recommendation systems

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
2. 5–9 years of relevant experience in data science and machine learning
