Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned SAP UX / Fiori Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Fiori UI5 / Launchpad, and S/4HANA UX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting digital workplace solutions and personalized user experiences that integrate SAP Fiori apps, custom UI5 content, and business content from SAP systems. The role requires strong understanding of UX principles, Fiori design guidelines, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration concepts.

Mandatory Skills

1. SAP Fiori UI5 – deep understanding of SAPUI5 framework and design principles.
2. SAP Build Work Zone – configuration of role-based sites, workspaces, spaces, and navigation.
3. SAP Fiori Launchpad – catalogs, groups, spaces, personalization, and role-based content assignment.
4. S/4HANA UX – knowledge of Fiori UX strategy and integration with S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate configuration and implementation of SAP Build Work Zone and Fiori Launchpad structures, including workspace/page designs and navigation.
2. Gather and analyze business requirements for digital workplace and UX scenarios.
3. Design and maintain role-based UX sites, spaces, pages, and navigation flows aligned with business needs.
4. Perform UI adaptations and standard app extensions using SAP Fiori UI5 tools and design principles.
5. Support integration and federation of content from SAP S/4HANA and other SAP systems into Build Work Zone.
6. Identify UX gaps, usability issues, and recommend best-in-class improvements.
7. Coordinate with technical, functional, SAP BTP, and UX teams to deliver seamless digital experience.
8. Support UAT cycles, hypercare, go-live stabilization, and defect resolution.
9. Prepare functional, configuration, and UX documentation; deliver trainings.
10. Provide ongoing support for rollouts, enhancements, and optimization projects.
11. Mentor junior UX and Fiori team members when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Experience in S/4HANA transformation or UX modernization projects.
2. Exposure to Fiori Elements, UI5 development, and advanced UX principles.
3. Experience in Agile delivery, global rollout programs, or digital workplace initiatives.
4. SAP Work Zone / UX Certification or relevant qualifications are a plus.
5. Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Experience working with international clients (Japanese customers preferred).
7. Willingness for short-term or long-term travel based on project requirements.

Education Qualification

1. PG/UG degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field with relevant certifications.
