Lead I - Software Testing (Java, Selenium, BDD,Cucumber)

Job description

Technical skills required:

1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver automation.
2. Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
3. Hands-on experience with API automation testing using Rest Assured.
4. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into build and deployment processes.
5. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
6. Knowledge of Docker and containerized test environments.
7. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead QA teams.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
2. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
