1. Requirements / Qualifications
2. Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
3. Programming Languages: Python, Java, or similar.
4. Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
5. Data Manipulation: Pandas, NumPy.
6. Data Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn.
7. Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
8. Version Control: Git.
9. Database Systems: SQL, NoSQL.
10. Development Tools: Jupyter Notebook, IDEs.
11. Software Development: Knowledge of software engineering principles like Agile SDLC methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
12. Strong people management credentials with proven ability to inspire change
13. Groom team to think afresh and out of box
14. Stakeholder engagement and management Nice to have:
15. Proven exp in developing and deploying AI/ ML solutions, with a strong portfolio of projects.
16. Strong pgm skills in languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks.
17. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning.
18. Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
19. Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI development with specific knowledge on EC2, ASG, S3, RDS.
20. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
21. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
