Job Role: One Stream

Primary Responsibilities

1. Act independently to support all OneStream users in researching reporting and data-related issues.
2. Conduct training sessions as needed to expand users’ knowledge base and enable efficient financial reporting.
3. Collaborate with business teams to identify new business requirements and align them with OneStream system functionality for small enhancements.
4. Prepare key project artifacts, including technical specifications, process flows, and design documents.
5. Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and communications to support a growing user base and expanding system functionality.
6. Own all entitlement provisioning responsibilities for the OneStream application, ensuring compliance with SOX audit standards and requirements.
7. Assist with the build, testing, delivery, and adoption of system enhancements and upgrades.
8. Reproduce and resolve production issues based on severity, and own deployment of changes from Development through Production.
9. Participate in future OneStream initiatives in a Business Analyst capacity.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to effectively multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
2. 9+ years of OneStream experience preferred, with strong knowledge of platform architecture and reporting concepts; Hyperion administrator experience will also be considered.
3. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
4. Strong desire to continually learn new processes and platforms to support evolving business needs.
5. Clear and effective communication skills with cross-functional technical and business partners.
6. Experience working with multiple SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Working knowledge of VB.NET and SQL.
9. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
10. Ability to clearly present technical concepts and methodologies to non-technical users.
