Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and an expert understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support for SAP SD solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

1. SAP SD functional expertise in Sales & Distribution
2. SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (full-cycle projects)
3. SAP SD Implementation and configuration
4. Order-to-Cash (O2C) process understanding (order, delivery, billing)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead or contribute to SAP SD implementation and support activities within SAP S/4HANA.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions, mapping business needs to SAP configuration.
3. Configure core SD processes including Sales Order Processing, Pricing & Condition Techniques, Delivery & Shipping, and Billing.
4. Work with Output Management (BRF+ preferred) and ensure accurate output, document determination, and communication flows.
5. Support integration of SD with FI, MM, and other modules; provide visibility into process impacts across functions.
6. Drive UAT support, cut-over activities, and stabilization post-go-live.
7. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and training materials for stakeholders.
8. Identify gaps, propose effective workarounds, and ensure efficient issue resolution.
9. Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Experience with S/4HANA migrations, business transformation projects, or large-scale rollouts.
2. Exposure to Credit Management (FSCM) and Returns Management.
3. Understanding of broader logistics processes such as LE / EWM / TM and how they integrate with SD.
4. Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout projects.
5. SAP S/4HANA SD Certification is an advantage.
6. Strong customer-facing skills, good communicator, and skilled in stakeholder management.
7. Willingness for short-term or long-term travel based on project requirements.

Education Qualification

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Core Technical & Functional Skills

1. SAP SD configuration & customization (VA01/VA02, pricing, condition techniques)
2. SAP S/4HANA SD Order-to-Cash process including delivery and billing
3. Output Management and BRF+ concepts
4. Integration awareness with FI, MM, and related modules
5. Experience with interfaces (IDoc / API) and integration points
6. Good documentation, testing, training, and issue resolution skill
