Title: SAP ABAP Consultant | TPM | S/4HANA

Location: Thiruvananthapuram | Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Kochi | Pune | Mumbai | Chennai | Coimbatore | Delhi NCR (Gurugram & Noida) | Ahmedabad

Experience: 7+ Years

Must Have (Required Skills & Experience)

1. Strong experience in SAP ABAP, SAP TPM / Trade Promotion Management.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
3. Expertise in TPM processes, including promotion planning, execution, and settlement.
4. Experience in integration with SAP modules, including CRM, BW, and S/4HANA.
5. Knowledge of CBP (Campaign Budget Planning) planning & execution.
6. Basic knowledge of CCM (Customer & Channel Management).
7. Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
8. Ability to prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and support ABAP developments.
9. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

1. Familiarity with Fiori apps for TPM.
2. Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or other project management tools.
3. Prior experience delivering end-to-end TPM solutions in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
