Lead II - SAP ABAP, ECC to S4 Hana Migration (SPAU/SPDD + IDOC + Odata)

Experience Required: 7 - 9 Years


Employment Type: Full-time/Contract

Must Have:

  1. Minimum 7 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  3. Solid expertise in RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
  4. Deep understanding of upgrade processes, including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities.
  5. Experience in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA.
  6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  7. Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills.

Good to Have:

  1. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
  2. Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services.
  3. Familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
