Job description

Role: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
4. Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
6. Work with or have experience in Java technologies such as Groovy.
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
8. Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions.
9. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8–10 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
2. Experience building RESTful APIs and working with Oracle or other RDBMS.
3. Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
4. Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
5. Proficiency with modern development tools and practices, including Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

1. Experience with serverless architectures.
2. Hands-on exposure to container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
3. Familiarity with testing frameworks, especially React Testing Library.
4. Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases.
