About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead – Production Support for a leading global technology and digital transformation organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in workflow technologies, enterprise application support, solution architecture, and performance optimization in complex production environments.

The candidate will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and modernizing enterprise workflow applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead production support activities for enterprise workflow-based applications
  2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
  3. Design and architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions
  4. Work extensively with WWF3 and WWF4 workflows and related enterprise integrations
  5. Participate in migration initiatives from WWF3 to WWF4
  6. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement
  7. Perform application performance tuning and optimization
  8. Ensure system stability, reliability, and adherence to SLA commitments
  9. Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities
  10. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 7+ years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / Technical Lead roles
  2. Strong experience with:
  3. WWF3 and WWF4
  4. Linq-to-SQL
  5. Entity Framework 6 (EF6)
  6. Solution Design & Technical Architecture
  7. Performance Tuning and Optimization
  8. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  9. Experience working in Agile delivery methodology
  10. Ability to handle critical production incidents and provide root cause analysis
  11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  1. Experience migrating applications from WWF3 to WWF4
  2. Exposure to enterprise-scale workflow modernization projects
  3. Knowledge of application monitoring and support processes
